Repair & Diagnosis

Down compressors don't wait. Neither do we.

Call us first thing — we'll be on-site that day. We diagnose root causes, carry the most-common failure parts, and get you running before the shift ends.

We don't market a 24/7 phone tree. What we do offer is real same-day service during business hours: you call, a technician answers, and we're on-site that day with the right parts. After-hours emergencies are handled the next business morning. That honesty matters — and most of our customers find we resolve their issues faster than the 24/7 promises they've called before us.

What's included

The work, line by line.

Same-day on-site response

Call first thing — we'll be on-site that day. Most of our service area is within a 90-minute radius of St. Louis Park.

Root-cause diagnosis

We don't just swap parts. We diagnose the why — wiring, pressure, filtration, control logic — so the failure doesn't repeat.

Common-failure parts inventory

Pressure switches, drains, suction valves, head-overhaul kits, separators, and gaskets in the truck. Most repairs finish in one visit.

Electrical diagnostics

We've corrected transformer wiring, voltage-conversion mismatches, and fuse-trip mysteries left by other contractors.

Pump rebuilds and overhauls

Head overhaul kits, suction-valve replacement, sight-glass repairs, pressure-switch wiring — full rebuilds when justified.

Quote before you commit

If a repair will exceed replacement cost, you'll know before we start. No surprise invoices.

Process

How a repair & diagnosis job runs.

  1. 01

    Call

Reach a technician directly during business hours. Describe the symptoms.

  2. 02

    Triage

We rule out simple causes by phone — sometimes it's a tripped breaker, sometimes it's the dryer.

  3. 03

    On-site

Same-day arrival for most service-area calls. We bring common-failure parts.

  4. 04

    Repair

Root-cause fix the same visit when possible. Parts ordered overnight when not.

Why it matters

We're a small, technician-led shop. That means you talk to the person who'll work on your machine — not a dispatcher. It also means we set honest expectations: business-hours service, fast response, real diagnosis. After-hours emergencies are handled first thing the next business morning.
