Preventative Maintenance

The cheapest hour of compressor service is the one before it fails.

Quarterly, semi-annual, and annual maintenance plans tuned to your duty cycle. We catch failures before they cost you a production day.

Most compressor failures are slow-rolling — a worn separator, a sticking float drain, a frayed belt — that turn into shutdowns at the worst possible time. A preventative maintenance plan replaces consumables, services valves, and inspects everything that moves on a predictable schedule. Our customers go years between unplanned outages.

What's included

The work, line by line.

Filtration changes

Air, oil, separator, inline, and dryer filters replaced at the manufacturer-spec interval — never "when it gets bad."

Oil and lubricant service

Compressor oil changes with OEM-grade lubricant. Inlet valves and minimum pressure valves cleaned and re-lubed.

Belt, drain, and valve service

Belts inspected and replaced. Float drains tested and replaced. Suction valves and gaskets repaired or replaced as needed.

Electrical and pressure switch checks

Tightened connections in starter boxes. Pressure switch verification. Wiring diagnostics when issues surface.

Cooler, condenser, and dryer cleanings

Coolers blown out, dryer condensers cleaned, separators verified — keeps the system efficient through summer.

Documented service report

Photo-documented service log with parts replaced, issues found, and recommended next steps.

Process

How a preventative maintenance job runs.

  1. 01

    Schedule

Pick a frequency that fits your duty cycle — quarterly, semi-annual, or annual.

  2. 02

    Plan visit

Service window scheduled around your operation. We bring all the consumables.

  3. 03

    Service

Full PM checklist completed on-site. Discovered issues addressed in the same visit when possible.

  4. 04

    Report

Documented service log and recommendations sent the same day.

Why it matters

Compressed air is often the most expensive utility per unit of output and the most overlooked. Skipping maintenance turns a $500 PM into a $5,000 unplanned repair — and a day of lost production.
