Installation

Installed right the first time.

New compressor installs, piping systems, and full air-distribution upgrades. We handle site planning, electrical coordination, and startup commissioning end-to-end.

A new compressor isn't an off-the-shelf swap. Sizing, location, electrical, drainage, ventilation, and piping all influence whether the system runs efficiently for the next 15 years or limps along. We plan the install before the truck rolls — then commission, document, and train your team on day one.

What's included

The work, line by line.

Sizing and selection

We size the compressor to your actual demand profile — peak CFM, duty cycle, future expansion. No oversold equipment.

Site walk and planning

Compressor room layout, ventilation, drainage, and piping route mapped before installation begins.

Electrical coordination

We work with your electrician on disconnect sizing, voltage, and conduit. Verified before startup.

Piping installs

Prevost aluminum push-to-connect piping for clean, leak-free distribution sized to peak demand.

Startup commissioning

First-run inspection, oil prime, valve adjustment, pressure switch calibration, and load-test under operating conditions.

Operator training

Walkthrough with your maintenance staff — daily checks, drain testing, what to watch for, when to call us.

Process

How a installation job runs.

  1. 01

    Site walk

We come on-site to map space, demand, electrical, and piping route.

  2. 02

    Quote

Equipment, install labor, piping, and commissioning — all in one number.

  3. 03

    Schedule

Install scheduled around your operation, often a single shutdown window.

  4. 04

    Install

Compressor set, piped, electrified, and commissioned. Operator walkthrough on completion.

  5. 05

    Document

Wiring diagram, pressure settings, service log, and warranty registration handed off.

Why it matters

A correctly sized and installed compressor will outlast its warranty by a decade. An undersized unit, badly piped distribution, or skipped commissioning steps cost double — once on the install, again on the early replacement.
